FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for determination of fault points in power transmission and communication cable lines. Autonomous device for determining the point of cable damage comprises a pulse meter, a radiotelephone, remote control unit equipped with Start, Stop, Shuttle, Forward, Back, Left, Right remote control buttons, source of radioactive radiation installed in center of lead container in its axis symmetry of vertical channel, at that, in the lower part of the lead container there is a gate mechanism consisting of a lead cover, in the center of which there is a vertical narrowly directed output channel, located on the same axis with the vertical channel of the lead container, and installed in lead cover of lead gate with vertical through channel, shifted to the left relative to axis of symmetry of lead container, wherein lead gate is pressed to lower part of lead container with hold-down springs with balls and having the possibility of smoothly moving along it until complete alignment of vertical passage channel of lead gate with vertical channel of lead container and vertical narrowly directed output channel of lead cover along axis of symmetry of lead container, wherein the lead gate by its right end part is elastically connected to the lead cover by the spacer spring, to the left inner side of the lead cover there is a pushing electromagnet, which is rigidly attached, consisting of a radiation-resistant winding and a steel armature rod rigidly attached to the left side of the lead gate, and in lower right part of lead cover there is a stop, distance from which to axis of symmetry of vertical channel of lead container is equal to distance from axis of symmetry of vertical through channel to right edge of lead gate, wherein the lead container is made with hooks and is mounted on the chassis controlled by the remote control unit, comprising a bearing frame, drive wheels, steering wheels, steering control unit, drive wheels electric drive, two jacks and retaining frame made with symmetrically arranged side ledges, inside of which inner thread is cut, and with the possibility of vertical movement by means of two jacks, at that, the lead container is rigidly fixed in the retaining frame by means of hooks, and on its outer side there is an autonomous control unit containing a storage battery, a red signal lamp, a green signal lamp and an electronic unit, at that, on the support on the side of the lead gate there is a signal end microswitch, in the lower outer part of the lead cover there is a lower limit switch, in the lower inner part of the lead cover to the left of the vertical narrowly directed output channel of the lead cover there is a signal intermediate microswitch, distance from right edge of which to left edge of vertical channel of lead container is equal to distance from left edge of lead gate to right edge of vertical through channel, and each jack comprises an electric motor, jack shaft with external lifting thread, two limit switches of extreme upper and two limit switches of extreme lower positions of holding frame, wherein the shaft of each electric motor is connected to the shaft of the corresponding jack by means of a worm gear consisting of a worm cut on the electric motor shaft, and worm wheel rigidly fixed on jack shaft, resting on radial-thrust bearings, and retaining frame is connected to shaft of each jack by means of internal thread cut in its lateral projections, and external lifting thread, cut on shaft of each jack, wherein in the lower part of the bearing frame at equal distance from the steering wheels a frame antenna is installed, axis of which is perpendicular to the ground surface, and the steering unit contains an electric motor, on the shaft of which the rack gear drive is rigidly fixed, wherein the steering wheels are interconnected by a steering rack coupled to the steering wheel hinges by means of hinges, in the central upper part of which a rack gear of the rack-and-pinion drive is rigidly fixed, and in its central lower part a feedback potentiometer is rigidly fixed, wherein the autonomous control unit comprises a time delay element and a comparator unit having a first input connected to the output of the frame antenna, and a second input connected to the feedback potentiometer engine, and a rack-and-pinion drive accommodates right and left limit switches.
EFFECT: technical result when implementing the declared solution is minimization of deviation of the device for determining the point of cable damage from the route of cable passage in the zone of its damage.
