FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to construction. Mobile structure includes foundation, walls, roof and engineering communications. Foundation is installed on pad of inert materials with layer thickness of more than 10 centimetres, covered with plates, on which basement base is installed with partitions making their surface single surface without using their overlapping plates. Surfaces that are ready for operation are mounted on the surface. In the four upper and lower corners of the extreme rooms of each floor of the structure there are tightening threaded devices ensuring seismic stability of the structure. All rooms are made in parallel adjacent circuit and are equipped with rotary wall around their vertical axis. Premises of the last floor of the structure represent a prefabricated modular roof from ready premises for the functioning, besides, their common roof makes a common slope in two side ends of the building. Longitudinal edges of common roof are protected with angular elements, which prevent water flowing to front and rear facades of structure. Whole building is equipped with complete autonomous engineering.
EFFECT: invention increases stability of structure to wind and seismic loads, reduces time of its erection.
