SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for early prediction of egg productivity of quails, involving assessment of quail by exterior factor, and according to the day age according to the invention, selection of quails is carried out in 36-day-old age and as an external indicator intensity of change of first-order flight feathers is used.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce labor intensity and to increase accuracy of forecasting of egg productivity of quails.
