FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to production of cultured cells for treating spinal injuries and preparing a drug for treating spinal injuries. Method comprises a stage of culturing neural progenitor cells obtained from human biopsy material in a serum-free nutrient medium containing a chemical compound SAG, wherein the cells produced by the above method include a glial cell line (GDNF) neurotrophic factor mRNA and a CD73 protein. Drug contains at least cultured neural progenitor cells, the medium produced at the previous stage, and the secretion product obtained at the previous stage.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of equipment.
