FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to method and device for application of noise reducing elements on tires for vehicle wheels. Noise-reducing elements (12), which are all identical, are serially supplied on conveyor (20) in accordance with specified trajectory and all are oriented on the specified trajectory in the same way. Tires (2) of different sizes (C, P) are serially supplied on conveyor (20) to station (34) of application. Noise-reducing elements (12) are gripped from conveyor (20) at superposition station (34) and applied on radially inner surfaces of buses (2). Overlapping includes placement of noise reducing elements (12) with direction of larger size (L), oriented in direction along circumference, or arrangement of noise reducing elements (12) at direction of larger size (L), oriented in axial direction, depending on sizes (C, P) of tire (2), on which they are applied.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of quality and operational characteristics of tires for vehicles wheels.
