SUBSTANCE: heater and wick assembly (200) for aerosol generating system (40) is provided. Heater and wick assembly (200) comprises capillary body (210), heating element (220) located on outer surface of capillary body (210), and a pair of spaced electrical contacts (230), fixed around capillary body (210) and connected to heating element (220). Unit (200) of heater and wick also comprises support element (240) passing along at least part of length of capillary body (210). Also provided is aerosol-generating system (40) comprising a plurality of such heater and wick assemblies, and methods of making such a heater assembly and a wick.
EFFECT: disclosed is heater and wick assembly for aerosol generating system.
