FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: described is a method for producing a target recombinant polypeptide, involving: expression of an expression vector for expression of the target polypeptide in a CHO cell, wherein the expression vector comprises an expression cassette comprising a polynucleotide encoding a target recombinant polypeptide operably linked to a leader of fibronectin secretion; and extraction of target recombinant polypeptide. Described also is a method of producing the desired recombinant polypeptide, involving: transfection or transformation of the CHO cell with a vector for expressing the expression of the desired polypeptide in the CHO cell, wherein the expression vector comprises an expression cassette comprising a polynucleotide encoding a target recombinant polypeptide operably linked to a leader of fibronectin secretion; culturing CHO cell under conditions, which provide proliferation of CHO cell and expression and secretion of target recombinant polypeptide from CHO cell; and extraction of target recombinant polypeptide. What is presented is a Chinese hamster ovary cell for producing a target recombinant polypeptide transfected with an expression vector containing an expression cassette, containing a polynucleotide encoding a target recombinant polypeptide operably linked to a leader of fibronectin secretion. Also disclosed is a method of producing a recombinant polypeptide, which includes culturing said Chinese hamster ovary cells.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of agents for obtaining target polypeptides.
