According to the method of ship electric power system protection, the parameters describing the emergency mode of the ship operation are controlled, and in case this operating mode comes, the AGS is automatically started.

EFFECT: technical result is providing protection of SEPS by launching emergency generator set (AGS) until moment of voltage failure in network.
