FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food products, more specifically to the field of beverages, in particular, to a device for liquid pouring, namely alcohol-containing beverage, usually wine. Device for pouring liquid from vessel, having neck, comprises housing equipped with system of fixation on vessel; a tube at least partially located in the body and configured to be inserted into the neck of the vessel, wherein the tube forms a channel for pouring; located in housing: a pump comprising: a compressor, having at least an air inlet, an air outlet and a movable system providing fluid communication between the air inlet and the air outlet; an electric motor connected to the movable system; injector, which by its one end upstream is connected to the compressor air outlet, and by the other end located downstream, enters the centre of the pouring channel, wherein the injector has the shape of the bent needle; ventilation channel is designed to provide atmospheric pressure inside vessel during pouring.
EFFECT: invention provides controlled aeration of wine; matching the amount of oxygen fed into wine with said wine; possibility of natural wine pouring; portable, autonomous, compact device for pouring.
