FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of heavy buildings with slab foundations located in seismic regions on sections with non-uniformly compressed base and, consequently, risk of development of significant rolls of foundations and elevated structures. Slab foundation on non-uniformly compressible base with possibility of adjustment of heeling includes upper and lower plates separated by intermediate horizontal layer-pillow. Lower plane of the upper plate has an area smaller than the area of the upper plane of the lower plate, which is made with perimeter ribs and has niches equipped with jacks in the level of the upper plane. Upper plate has system of through vertical holes, one of which is connected to jacks, and others are intended for high-pressure injection of fine-grained concrete and provision of fixation of position of upper plate leveled by means of jacks.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the possibility of rapid control of non-uniform deformations and rolls of heavy buildings at any of stages of their construction and operation, reducing material consumption.
