FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of heavy buildings on pile-raft foundations in seismic regions located on sections with non-uniformly compressible base and, consequently, risk of development of inadmissible rolls of foundations and elevated structures. Method of regulating rolls of pile-slab foundation in seismic regions on non-uniformly compressible grounds includes arrangement of pile field and foundation plate with through holes with possibility of cavities formation and filling with concrete. In the cavities formed between the foundation plate and piles, jacks are pre-installed, access to which is provided via through holes in the foundation plate, wherein one of them supplies liquid for operation of jack, and through another one - fine-grained high-strength expanding concrete fixing adjusted position of pile-raft foundation.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of pile-raft foundation by introducing possibility of regulating possible rolls.
