FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to anesthesiology-resuscitation, and can be used in evaluating the level of recovery of neuromuscular conduction following anesthesia. What is presented is a method for evaluating muscular tonus as an index of recovering neuromuscular conduction in postoperative patients, including an external respiratory function assessment. Using the inspiratory spirometer in the patient before the operation, the volume of the maximum inhaled air in ml is determined, which is taken as 100 %, and then after operation, the volume of once maximum inhaled air in ml is again determined, and if the difference from initial values is more than 90 %, complete physiological reversion of the neuromuscular block is predicted, and if volume of maximum inhalation is 80 % and lower, decurarization or artificial pulmonary ventilation is performed.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing frequency of immediate postoperative complications, patient staying in bed and improving patient's comfort after operation.
