If carrying the XPD (Lis751Gln) (Lis/Lis), MMP-1 (-1607 insG) (2G/2G) and TNF (G308A) (G/A) genotypes in the combination MMP-1 (-1607 insG) (2G/2G ) predict a high probability of III or IV degree pathomorphosis in tumour tissue compared to other polymorphous variants of these genes.
EFFECT: presented is a method for predicting the effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in rectal adenocarcinoma.
