Switches are arranged in such a way that during the charging mode, two or more high-capacity capacitors are connected, at least in part, in parallel to each other for their charging by means of the voltage source, and during the heating mode, two or more high-capacity capacitors are connected in series with each other in order to be discharged in at least one heating element 9.
