FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a compound of formulas I, IV or V, a method for production thereof and a DNA molecule based thereon for use in a method for selecting a nucleic acid aptamer:
where X is selected from -H; and the compound of formula I is selected from 5-(N-1-benzylcarboxamide)-2'-deoxycytidine-5'-O-triphosphate, 5-(N-1-naphthylmethylcarboxamide)-2'-deoxycytidine-5'-O-triphosphate, 5-(N-3-phenylpropylcarboxamide)-2'-deoxycytidine-5'-O-triphosphate; their triethylammonium salts. Method of producing said compound involves converting a compound of formula IX, where RX6 is I or Br; RX7 and RX8 are hydrogen or a protective group, a reaction catalyzed by palladium (0) in the presence of the corresponding amine, carbon monoxide and a solvent.
EFFECT: disclosed is a novel compound and a novel efficient method for preparing it, as well as a novel DNA molecule based thereon and an effective method of selecting a nucleic acid aptamer using it.
