SUBSTANCE: device for display of traffic information in a passenger compartment of a vehicle comprises a system for detecting road signs and traffic light signals for automatic transmission to a passenger compartment of a vehicle, vehicle movement parameters sensors mounted on a vehicle, unit for automatic recognition of traffic signs and traffic light signals, control and memory units, as well as display and / or audio device, system for detecting road signs and traffic light signals for automatic transmission to a vehicle interior is made in form of a radio or sensor transmitter intended for installation on traffic lights and road signs, connected to control unit of automatic recognition of road signs and signals of traffic lights and intended to receive signals from transmitter, memory and control units and connected through display information unit with display, and / or audio device. In addition, it is equipped with vehicle speed limiting device having the possibility to adjust fuel supply by changing amount of air supplied to intake manifold by changing throttle opening angle and by delay unit.
