FIELD: devices for ensuring safety of vehicle movement, namely, devices for visual indication of road information and vehicle movement management.

SUBSTANCE: system contains block for recognizing traffic signs and block for logging movement process. Traffic sign recognition block is made in form of at least two video indicators of receipt and processing of information with recognition range varying from 0,5m to 1000m, encased in shockproof, waterproof cases, mounted inside the vehicle compartment at the front and at the back. Logging block is made in form of video-writing device on a disk with date and time timer, encased in waterproof, fireproof metallic case. System additionally includes control block with key code indicator and monitor, vehicle speed management indicator, mounted on gearbox, motor stoppage indication timer, mounted on the motor. First outputs of control block are mutually connected to inputs of first and second video indicators for receiving and processing information, and second output is connected to input of logging block. First outputs of video indicators for receiving and processing information are mutually connected to input of speed indicator-controller, and second outputs are connected to inputs of logging block, first output of speed indicator-controller is mutually connected to input of motor stoppage indication timer, and its second output is connected to input of logging block, output of motor stoppage indicator-timer is connected to input of logging block.

EFFECT: reduction of traffic accidents down to 95%, reduction of vehicle thefts in Russia down to 50%, prevented collisions between vehicles and pedestrians.
