FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road traffic safety engineering by means of displaying highway information in the vehicle compartment and can be used in automotive, railway and other transport systems. Road signs and traffic lights mounted along the road identify the information while the vehicle is moving and transfer it to the vehicle compartment through outgoing radio frequency or sensory signals of spot beam rays limited in area of coverage towards traffic flow from appropriate transmitters mounted on traffic lights and road signs. The rays are perceived by receiving mechanism mounted on the vehicle and transferring the information to the automatic road signs and traffic signals recognition device. There is a run parametre recommendation sender for a driver. Provision is made for traffic violation control unit.

EFFECT: invention improves road traffic safety and comfort and enables to reduce driver fatigability and number of car accidents by means of safe duplication of traffic signals and road signs.
