FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endoscopic surgery, gastroenterology. Endoscopic clamp, having an extension in the form of a suture, is passed through the ring of the endoscopic clip charged on the delivery device to the limiter. While holding the suture, the prepared structure is delivered through the instrument channel of the endoscope into the lumen of the hollow organ to the perforated hole. Clip is applied on the edge of the perforated hole. Delivery device is removed. Suture is passed through the ring of the second endoscopic clip charged on the delivery device. Clip is delivered through the instrument channel of the endoscope into the lumen of the hollow organ and applied on the opposite edge of the perforated hole. Suture is pulled into the instrument channel of the endoscope and the edges of the perforated hole are brought together with the help of an endoscopic clamp. Above method is used to apply the required number of clips, bringing the edges of the perforated hole together with the help of an endoscopic clamp until the perforation hole is closed.
EFFECT: method simplifies intraluminal endoscopic closure of gastrointestinal perforations, enables to close perforations larger than 20 mm.
