FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology. The laparoscopic screed is made of a flexible polymer material inert to the human body. Its first end with an outer diameter of 3-10 mm and a length of 3-20 mm is made hollow with the possibility of charging onto a delivery tool and has a tongue, and the second end, being a continuation of the first, is made in the form of a strip with a pointed tip 50-250 mm long and wide. 2-9 mm, has an L- or U-shape and is made with the possibility of passing it through the first hollow end. The working outer surface of the tongue of the first end and the inner surface of the strip of the second end of the laparoscopic tie are made with the possibility of stepped fixation due to sawtooth protrusions on these surfaces.
EFFECT: ensuring reliable clamping of vessels, hollow structures and organs during laparoscopic operations.
