SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used for diagnosing degree of severity of vegetative disorders in Parkinson's disease by means of blood analysis. That is ensured by quantitative analysis of the galanin neuropeptide in the patient's blood serum. If observing value of 16 ng/ml and higher, the absence of vegetative disorders is stated; if value is 10–16 ng/ml, a mild level of vegetative disorders, 3–10 ng/ml – moderate disorders, 2 ng/ml and lower – severe vegetative disorders are diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides higher specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of severity of vegetative disorders, accessibility, as well as objectification of diagnostic technique.
