SUBSTANCE: invention relates to postponement of message transmission. For this purpose, provision is made for: determination (1001) whether timer (106, 205) associated with delay of transmission (107) of message (113) according to certain logic channel of uplink or downlink is configured and not executed, for that determined uplink logical channel or downlink. Additionally, the method includes transmitting (1011), to network node (101), messages over said determined uplink or downlink logical channel in response to determining that the timer is configured and is not executed for said determined uplink or downlink logical channel.
EFFECT: technical result is improved technology for delaying same or similar message.
