Snack functional oil includes Krestyanskoe butter sweet-cream unsalted in amount of 97.0–99.0 %, a flavor filler, in form of a mixture of ground dried herbs of fenugreek in amount of 0.5–1.5 %, hyssop in amount of 0.2–0.6 %, savory in amount of 0.2–0.6 %, perilla in amount of 0.1–0.3. Initial component quantities are expressed in terms of wt. %.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of assortment range of snack functional butter with improved taste and smell and functional preventive effect.
