The ratio of the initial components is as follows, wt.%: "Krestyanskoe" butter 80.0 to 90.0, crushed bullberry pulp 13.0 to 7.0, Manchurian walnut oil 7.0 to 3.0.
EFFECT: possibility of expanding the product range of compositions for producing functional butter with improved organoleptic characteristics.
