SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food fat-and-oil industry. Fat-and-oil product containing milk fat and water additionally contains amaranth oil, with following ratio of components, mass. %: milk fat – 71.4–72.1; Amaranth oil – 0.5–1.5; water is rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to enrich product with squalene, which has powerful antiseptic effect, which ensures long-term preservation of product, and also improves microbiological characteristics of oil.
