Delicatessen butter includes Krestiyanskoe unsalted sweet-cream butter in amount of 97.0–99.0 %, flavour filler represented by a mixture of milled barberry berries in amount of 0.1–1.4, juneberry in amount of 0.3–0.8 % and honeyberry in amount of 0.3–0.8. Initial component quantities are expressed in terms of wt. %.
EFFECT: invention ensures expansion of the range of delicatessen butter with improved taste indices, functional and preventive effect.
