SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports and medicine. Researcher chooses the program of assessment and development of coordination abilities using a software and hardware complex (PAK) containing means of video control of human actions and means of visualizing content on the field of his actions, on the horizontal field a specified number of remotely controlled balls form the image of the coordination ladder (CR). CR image is formed by separate points-balls, which do not interfere with the correct execution of the task and in combination reflect the image of the ladder at a given location, given configuration and size. Location of the given combination of the same or different color of the controlled balls, the color of which indicates the subject to the place of performance of the previously specified actions, is quickly adjustable. PAC forms an unchanged stationary or moving ladder structure and/or a programmed ladder programmed according to a given program for a given program. Mistake is recognized when the ball is touched or displaced from a position with a foot or sporting projectile. PAC records the actions of the subject, forms a database of errors, their characteristics, and delivers or does not give the subject, in case of errors, real-time beeps.
EFFECT: method provides an effective way of assessing and developing the person's coordination abilities.
