FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics. Preparation is introduced into the periarticular soft tissues of the fracture area at the most painful areas. It is a lysate made from autologous plasma, characterized by a content of functionally full platelets of at least 240*109/l. This lysate is administered at least three times 1.0–1.5 ml with an interval between injections from 24 to 48 hours.
EFFECT: method allows to accelerate the resorption of edema and hematoma, relieve pain, stimulate tissue regeneration, thereby reducing the period of recovery of limb functions.
