FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of configuring device (A) for food preparation by means of terminal (T), made with possibility to exchange information with device (A) for food preparation in accordance with communication protocol, wherein the configuration method comprises the following steps: creating and/or selecting a cooking program (prog), creating and/or selecting the desired state (cui_s) of food availability, corresponding to state of progress of said cooking program (prog), determination and/or selection of information (ipc) on cooking parameters, based on said cooking program (prog) and desired state (cui_s) of food availability and/or according to them, sending said information (ipc) on cooking parameters to device (A) for cooking.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of configuring a device for cooking food by means of a terminal.
