FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of a method of producing naphthene process oils. One version includes: a) vacuum distillation of fuel oil from an apparatus for atmospheric distillation of naphthenic raw material to produce one or more naphthene vacuum gas oils in one or more ranges of viscosity; b) mixing at least one such naphthenic vacuum gas oil with feedstock in the form of distilled aromatic extracts with high carbon content of aromatic compounds (CA) to obtain at least one mixed oil, wherein said naphthenic vacuum gas oil contains at least 30 % carbon of naphthene compounds (CN), at least 10 % and less than 24 % of carbon of aromatic compounds (CA) and less than 70 % of total carbon content of paraffin compounds (CP) plus CA, measured in accordance with ASTM D2140, wherein at least one said naphthenic vacuum gas oil has a viscosity-weight constant (VVC) in range from 0.85 to 0.895, and wherein said raw materials in the form of distilled aromatic extracts with a high carbon content of aromatics (CA) contains at least 20 % CA measured in accordance with ASTM D2140, and said raw material in form of distilled aromatic extracts with high carbon content of aromatic compounds has viscous-weight constant (VVC) greater than 0.95, determined in accordance with ASTM D2501; and c) hydrotreated said at least one mixed oil to obtain naphthenic process oil with content of CA, higher compared to oil, obtained only by hydrotreatment of at least one naphthene vacuum gas oil. Method is characterized by that as said raw material in form of distilled aromatic extracts with high carbon content of aromatic compounds (CA), and said naphthenic process oil with high carbon content of aromatic compounds (CA) have carbon content of aromatic compounds (CA) greater than carbon content of aromatic compounds (CA) in oil, obtained by means of the same hydraulic treatment of only one or more naphthene vacuum gas oils. Invention also relates to a rubber composition and a tire.
EFFECT: use of the proposed invention increases total content of carbon of aromatic compounds and solubility of the obtained naphthenic process oil, which is better suitable for use in making rubber articles.
