SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing photoelectric transducers of sunlight. Method of producing photoelectric energy transducers (PET) based on perovskites consists in the fact that in a photoelectric transducer comprising in-series placed on a substrate anode electrode; selective-transport layer of p-type conductivity, photo-absorbing layer, selective-transport layer of n-type conductivity, hole-blocking layer and cathode electrode, Ti3C2 microflakes in a polymer dielectric matrix are added to the photo-absorbing layer.

EFFECT: invention provides higher stability of instrument characteristics of PET based on perovskites when exposed to light and high temperatures due to the use of a photo-absorbing layer modified with Ti3C2 microflakes in a polymer dielectric matrix.
