FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: use for carbon fiber reinforced plastic objects quality monitoring. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the eddy-current transducer contains a rectangular measuring coil of inductance, the first and the second rectangular exciting coils, measuring coil is embedded into the first exciting coil, the drive coil and the measuring coil turns are orthogonal to the eddy current converter working face, active sides of measuring coil and exciting coil are parallel to each other and adjacent to working end, and opposite passive sides of these coils are remote from each other, second excitation coil is placed between passive sides of measuring coil and second exciting coil with clearance relative passive side of measuring coil, equal to gap between active sides of first exciting coil and measuring coil.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the sensitivity and depth of control, as well as reducing the dimensions of the eddy-current converter.
