FIELD: quality control.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quality control of carbon fiber objects. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that an eddy current converter for quality control of carbon fiber objects contains three rectangular induction coils with turns, the planes of which are placed between two parallel planes and parallel to them, the upper and lower conductors of the coils are parallel to the working end of the converter, and the lateral ones are orthogonal to it, the first and second coils are placed behind each other and symmetrically relative to the first axis of symmetry orthogonal to the working end, the third coil is placed symmetrically relative to the first axis of symmetry and the second axis of symmetry passing between the first and second coils at an equal distance between them, while the first and second induction coils are made identical, connected in series and counter relative to the third induction coil and are designed to connect external terminals to the generator, and the third induction coil is designed to connect to measuring device.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity to angular displacement between the plane of the coils of its coils and the direction of carbon fibers.
