SUBSTANCE: access control method carried out by a subscriber device (UE), the method comprising steps of: performing a launch in order to execute an access request; evaluating whether one or more rules for the access category are triggered by the trigger; determining, based on evaluation, the category of access to be used; and performing the prohibition check using the access category determined based on the estimate, wherein the method also comprises steps of: when rules for the access category are not stored, performing a prohibition check using a predetermined access category; or when there are no stored rules for access category, which are valid, prohibition is checked using a predetermined access category.
EFFECT: reduced volume of broadcast system information intended for control of access prohibition.
