FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering, in particular, to a method for texturing surfaces of current-collecting parts from carbon material, including for collectors of electrons of vacuum-tube devices. Rough surface of current-collecting parts from carbon material is formed by galvanic deposition of nickel film with thickness of 5÷10 mcm and subsequent thermochemical etching in hydrogen medium at temperature of 1100 ± 20 °C and pressure ~ 1.06 × 105 Pa for 15÷20 minutes to depth of 10÷20 mcm with subsequent removal of residues of nickel film by chemical etching with composition (ml): nitric acid - 20; orthophosphoric acid - 200; sulphuric acid - 60 and finish cleaning of parts.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the secondary electrons back flow from the collector to the interaction space of the device.
