FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electron collector of an electrovacuum device with recuperation of electron flow energy. Collector contains current-collecting electrodes made of materials containing copper, with inner surface coated with titanium, fixed inside the housing of the electron collector and electrically isolated from it and from each other by means of parts from dielectric materials. Surfaces of the current-collecting electrodes, at least subjected to electron bombardment during operation of the electrovacuum device, are coated with two thin layers of metals, one of which is molybdenum. Second metal used is titanium, wherein the first layer from the surface of the current-collecting electrodes is made from molybdenum, the second layer from titanium is made on the surface of the layer from molybdenum and is an outer layer.
EFFECT: high stability of the low level of secondary electron emission from the coating surface of current-collecting electrodes of an electron collector, which contain copper, while increasing efficiency and reliability of the electrovacuum device with recuperation of electron flow energy.
