FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: creation of an electron collector for electric vacuum devices, including microwave devices. In the design of the electron collector, each current-collector element is fastened in the collector housing by means of two parts or two groups of parts made of dielectric material, located diametrically opposite to each other between the inner surface of the collector housing and the outer surfaces of the current-collecting elements. Parts made of dielectric material occupy a space limited by two planes intersecting the axis of symmetry of the collector at an angleα less than 80 degrees relative to each other.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the collector design in the presence of thermal deformation stresses in the process of its manufacture (soldering) and cyclic heating-cooling processes during operation when used for the manufacture of parts from a dielectric material and current-collecting elements of materials with arbitrary values of TCLE.
