FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: holder for mutual arrangement of IR camera, mirror, backlight and corrective lenses and their accessories in device for determining visual acuity. Infrared camera, dichroic mirror, lens and accessories installed in lens and accessories attachment device and infrared illumination system are fixed on the holder. IR camera is located on the holder relative to the dichroic mirror at an angle providing the ingress of the image of the eye reflected from the mirror, in the field of view of the camera, and in a position excluding the ingress of the camera into the field of view of the patient and excluding entry of the design elements of the holder into the field of view of the camera.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides permanent adjustment of the device for the patient.
