FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanized oil extraction by means of downhole pumping units. Pumping unit includes a base, a post, a balancer, a reduction gear and an electric motor. Table of electric motor is installed on movable frame, which moves in horizontal plane by means of lead screw and rests by rear part on rod, on which upper and lower springs are installed. Rod and the front part of the electric motor table are hinged on the frame. Hinged attachment of the stock to the frame is located below the level of hinged attachment of the table of the electric motor to the frame, due to which the plane of the table of the electric motor forms an acute angle with the horizontal plane, which is determined by geometrical parameters of the pumping unit assemblies and the required tension force of the belts and can assume a horizontal position. Belt tension is provided by force of elastic deformation of upper spring together with weight of electric motor and table. Lower spring of lower stiffness has opposite direction of force relative to upper spring of higher rigidity and serves for damping of possible oscillations of electric motor table.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of operation of balancing drive of rod installation – pumping unit due to provision of optimum tension of driving belts of pumping unit.
