FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention proposes a method for the production of an injection gel product, including stages of a) cross-linking of the first glycosaminoglycan (hereinafter – GAG) with the first cross-linking agent to obtain gel, in which the ratio of loading of the cross-linking agent to disaccharide links is less than 0.15; b) obtaining particles of gel from the stage a); c) mixing of particles of GAG gel from the stage b) with the second GAG to obtain a mixture; d) cross-linking of the mixture obtained at the stage c) with the second cross-linking agent to form transverse crosslink between GAGs of the second external phase to obtain gel having the first internal phase of particles of cross-linked GAG gel, embedded in gel of the second external phase containing the second GAG; and e) obtaining injection particles of gel from the stage d), wherein each such a particle contains a set of cross-linked particles of GAG gel of the first internal phase. The present invention also proposes an injection gel product, and an aqueous composition based on it.
