FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is intended for production of stable emulsions and can be used in chemical, food and other industries. Unit for production of emulsions contains loading and unloading devices, vertical housing with cover, vertical shaft with disk and conical nozzle placed on it, on inner surface of the latter there are ribs. A deflector is placed coaxially to the conical nozzle, and an emulsion collection tank is located under the housing, which is equipped with a pump and connected by a pipeline to the receiving chamber. In the emulsion collection tank there is a mixer, the shaft of which is displaced from the axis of the unloading device, and in the pipeline between the pump and the receiving chamber there are swirlers made in the form of plates with holes, which can move relative to the pipeline in the radial direction.

EFFECT: disclosed unit for producing emulsions enables high-quality mixing of initial liquids, which enables to obtain a stable emulsion.
