SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the production of stable emulsions and can be used, for example, in the chemical and food industries. The unit for producing emulsions contains loading and unloading devices, a vertical housing with a lid, a vertical shaft with a disk placed on it, and a conical nozzle on the inner surface of which ribs are installed. A reflector is placed coaxially with a conical nozzle, and under the housing there is a container for collecting the emulsion, equipped with a pump and connected by a pipeline to the receiving chamber. The design features of the proposed unit for the production of emulsions are that an agitator is located in the container for collecting the emulsion, the shaft of which is offset from the axis of the unloading device, and swirlers are installed in the pipeline between the pump and the receiving chamber, made in the form of plates with holes that can move relative to the pipeline in the radial direction.

EFFECT: high-quality dispersion, mixing of droplets of the initial liquids and obtaining a stable homogeneous emulsion.
