SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is meant for the preparation of stable emulsions. The emulsion preparation plant consists of loading and unloading devices, vertical cylindrical body with cap, and vertical shaft with disc and cone header the internal side of which has ribs. Inside the cone header there is a reflector consisting of the set of horizontal rings. The gaps between the horizontal rings increase proportionally to the reduction of volume density of the flow in its section. Under the body there is emulsion collection tank equipped with pump and connected to the inlet chamber through pipeline.

EFFECT: plant for the preparation of stable emulsions where the time of liquid mixim can be adjusted to get emulsion of the required quality.
