The unit for producing emulsions contains a loading and unloading device, a vertical housing with a cover, a vertical shaft with a disc placed on it, and a conical nozzle, on the inner surface of which there are ribs in the form of flat triangular plates, a reflector is placed coaxially with the conical nozzle, and under the casing there is a container equipped with a pump and connected by a pipeline to the receiving chamber, elastic elements are installed on the lid in annular rows, contacting their lower parts with the upper face of the conical nozzle, and the length of the elastic elements in the rows increases from the inner row to the outer one. The receiving chamber has an elliptical shape, which is located between the lower part of the vertical body and the tank, has protrusions on the inner surface and is equipped with a conical diffuser with holes, and in the tank, above the unloading device, a drive drum with elastic blades is installed, which is attached to the inner surface of the tank by means of spacers with holes.

EFFECT: creation of a unit for producing emulsions, which makes it possible to qualitatively disperse and mix drops of initial liquids and obtain a stable homogeneous emulsion.
