SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to produce stable emulsions and can be used in chemical, food and other industries. Emulsions production device comprises loading and unloading devices, vertical housing with cover, vertical shaft with disc and conical nozzle arranged on it, on inner surface of which ribs are installed, coaxially to conical nozzle there is a reflector, and under housing there is emulsion collection tank equipped with pump and connected by pipeline with receiving chamber, in upper part of reflector are made in horizontal circular rows through holes, and from its outer side, in the zone of through holes, a coaxial cylindrical distributing jacket is attached, which is interconnected in the upper part with a device for loading one of the liquids and having swirlers and distribution rings inside, which are arranged between horizontal annular rows of through holes.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to qualitatively disperse and mix drops of initial liquids and obtain a stable homogeneous emulsion.
