SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, and food industry. Distinctive feature of the proposed method is the use of vitamin PP and nanocapsules - agar-agar, as well as use of a precipitant - petroleum ether when producing nanocapsules by a physical-chemical non-solvent deposition method.
EFFECT: technical task of invention is to simplify and accelerate process of production of nanocapsules and increase mass output.
