FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of vitamin PP in xanthan gum is characterized by the fact that xanthan gum is used as a coating, and the nucleus is represented by PP vitamin with mass ratio of core : shell of 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2, wherein the vitamin is added to the suspension of xanthum gum in ethanol in the presence of the preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 650 rpm, then fluorobenzene is added, the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing nanocapsules of vitamin PP in xanthan gum.
