SUBSTANCE: described is a recombinant adeno-associated expression vector (rAAV) comprising a genetic construct which contains a promoter operably linked to a first coding sequence, which codes a receptor tyrosine kinase B (TrkB), and a second coding sequence which codes a TrkB receptor agonist, wherein the agonist is a mature NFGM or mature NT-4, wherein the second coding sequence comprises a nucleotide sequence encoding a signal peptide for a TrkB receptor agonist, such that when the signal peptide is conjugated to the N-terminus of the mature HPGM, and wherein the genetic construct comprises a spacer sequence located between the first and second coding sequences, wherein said spacer sequence encodes a peptide spacer, which is configured for splitting to thereby produce a TrkB receptor and agonist in the form of separate molecules.
EFFECT: invention can be used for treating, preventing or alleviating a pathology of the optic nerve or cochlear pathology or for stimulating regeneration and/or survival of nerves.
