FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment, anaesthesiology-resuscitation, and can be used for preventing development of reperfusion injury of lung tissue in inoperable patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension after transluminal balloon angioplasty of pulmonary artery (TBA PA). Method involves connecting the patient after TBA PA to the non-invasive artificial pulmonary ventilation by continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). CPAP2-level is monitored in CPAP therapy. CPAP therapy is completed 5 hours after the initial level of SpO2 + ≥ 1 %, wherein the initial level is the value of the SpO2-level measured before the aerial turbojet.
EFFECT: using the invention enables preventing the reperfusion injury of the lung tissue following postoperative endovascular intervention in the inoperable patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.
