FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles electrical traction systems. Electric transmission of locomotive consists of traction generator, excitation system, traction motors, wheel pairs. At that, in traction generator anchor chain and wheelsets circuits there installed are switching devices, which according to signals of control unit provide connection to anchor through sliding contacts in series with traction electric motors of two barrel wheel pairs, which forms a circuit for passage of generator current on these wheel pairs and rails. Wheel pairs and sliding contacts have electric isolation from other elements of locomotive design. Control unit is equipped with signal generators, which in mode of simultaneous killing of more than two wheel pairs via switching devices form constant current pulses, supplied in turn to connections of wheel pairs and having duration exceeding the maximum possible time of exiting from the stalling mode, and duration of pause, which does not reach the minimum possible time of transition into the stalling mode.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of control algorithm of switching devices.
